A little bit about us…
Rose originally started in the mid 1970’s in commercial real estate – selling and leasing office and industrial buildings in the greater Los Angeles area. Sixteen years ago she relocated to San Diego and began working in residential real estate. She has been selling and leasing homes in the beautiful North San Diego County Coastal residential market ever since.
Nancy began working as a residential real estate agent in 1989 in the Chicago area. After relocating to San Diego with her husband and children, she immediately re-entered the residential real estate industry. First in the appraisal aspect of the business and, then, as a California Real Estate sales and leasing agent.
So, why the decision to pair up … become a residential real estate selling and leasing team – the Golden Girls of Real Estate? Well, we share a passion for real estate…we love it! We realized how much we shared the same level of professionalism, ethics, respect for and willingness to work with our fellow agents within and outside of our markets. We also share the same level of commitment to trustworthiness, kindness, to providing resources and “going the extra mile” for our clients and friends. We do our very best to always first and foremost work in the best interest and protection of our clients.
Our marketing and negotiating skills have been fine tuned over the many years in the industry, our association with the legal profession, the architectural profession, and our commitment to continuing education to keep ourselves, and the Sellers and Buyers we represent, up to date on issues important to the real estate industry.
We, both, are also certified Senior Real Estate Specialists (SRES). What that means to you, the Seller, is that we have gone beyond the required real estate studies to develop an expertise in dealing with the needs of the mature Sellers and Buyers.
